1 cup white vinegar
1 cup yellow prepared mustard
1/4 cup white sugar
2 Tbl molasses
2 Tbl hot sauce
2 Tsp soy sauce
salt
black pepper
Method
Throw the above ingredients into a non-stick sauce pan. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Bring the contents of the pan to a fast boil, then cut off the heat.
If not using immediately, pour the mixture through a funnel into a quart jar. Allow the sauce to mature in the refrigerator for a few days. When needed, warm the sauce gently.
